Conscious & Connected Couples Course


Date: Saturday, 29 February 2020 & 1 March 2020

 This Conscious and Connected Couples Course is for you if you:

  • Desire a deeper, more conscious and connected relationship with your partner
  • You are ready and committed to up-level yourself and your relationship
  • You are willing to take full responsibility over how you show up for yourself and your partner

This workshop is not only for people experiencing disconnection in their relationship; it is for all couples who want to take their relationship to a deeper level.

What’s Involved

Day 1 (9.00am – 3.30pm)

Part 1 – Know Yourself

  • The power of Self Awareness and knowing yourself from the inside out
  • Understand how traumatic memories and negative belief patterns are stored within the brain and how & why triggers occur
  • Learn how to manage stress more effectively and how to transition between work and home with more presence and ease
  • Understand your emotions more and how to move through them rather than disconnect
  • Self responsibility & committed action


Day 1 (9.00am – 3.30pm)

Part 2 – Know Yourself in Relationships

  • Understand how your attachment with your parents influences your current day relationships
  • Increase your awareness around old stories and repeated behaviour patterns and the impact of these
  • Learning how to respond rather than react during difficult times
  • Parenting in Partnership

Day 2 (9.00am – 3.30pm)

Part 3 – The Crumbling


  • Common reasons relationships fail and how to work with this
  • Communication challenges and how to resolve them
  • The impact of technology, addictions, affairs and mental health and how to move forward


Day 2 (9.00am – 3.30pm)

Part 4 – Re-connection


  • Understanding how you show love and how you wish to receive love
  • Balancing masculine and feminine energies
  • Building secure, safe and deeply connected relationships
  • Sex and intimacy

  • Morning tea and lunch will be provided both days

  • This workshop is limited to 10 couples
  • All variations of couples are welcome

This workshop will be a beautiful mix of both theory and practice, as both elements are incredibly important for real and lasting change to occur

Conscious & Connected Couples Course will be faciltated by:

Alisha Weston (Clinical Psychologist)

Alisha Weston is a soul-fuelled Clinical Psychologist, mother of three young boys and wife to an incredible man. She brings an element of love and compassion into all that she does. She is extremely passionate about mental health, suicide prevention and holistic health.

In her private practice, Alisha supports people from all walks of life. She also runs Tribe Gatherings for women, support groups for men, conscious couples courses, corporate programs and wellness events.

Self Care Sundays

Imagine a world where you are calm, clear, energised and happy. Where life seems to flow with ease rather than be a constant struggle and push.


  • Imagine feeling a deep love and acceptance for yourself – for who you are, exactly as you are right now. So you can make your needs a top priority in your life and banish the guilt, judgements and negative self-talk.
  • Imagine if you had the skills and the tools to work through your stress and anxiety rather than feel bombarded, blocked, overwhelmed and stuck in it.


Join us as we dive deeply and lovingly into the areas of self-love and self-care. This is a workshop where the science of Psychology meets the energy healing of Kinesiology. You will learn why self-love and self-care are so important and how you can incorporate them into your daily life.

Practice clearing, balancing and connecting with your body, mind and soul using meditation, Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), muscle movement and stretching, journaling and other holistic health techniques.

In this six hour workshop, you will:


  • Connect with all parts of yourself – the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual you. So you can better understand who you are, how you operate and what you need to be the very best version of yourself.
  • Be shown ways to use meditation and mindfulness to calm and slow down your mind.
  • Learn to understand your emotions, self-sabotages and triggers – so you can process them and let them go and bring more self-compassion into your life.
  • Be given techniques to help you let go of guilt, shame, unworthiness and anything else that is blocking your ability to bring more love and care into your life.
  • Practice using techniques to relieve stress, overwhelm and anxiety.
  • Learn about your inner critic, your mindset and self-talk. Get to know how they are impacting your life and what you can do to positively clear and shift them.
  • Learn about fatigue, sleep, digestive issues and other signs and messages that your body and mind are sending you – so you can make positive health and lifestyle changes.
  • Learn how to muscle test and tune into your own body’s wisdom.

Join with 20 women in a safe and connected space. A nourishing morning tea and lunch will be provided and you’ll also receive a journal for you to start using on the day.

Jessie Hays from Vivacity Health & Wellness

She’s a Kinesiologist and Intuitive Coach who guides and empowers women to reconnect with themselves. Jessie is deeply passionate about holistic health and emotional and energetic healing. She loves helping women dip their toes into the space of spirituality and intuition
